Glo-mar Artworks-NY, Brass and Beveled Mirror Candle Wall Sconce (1930)

This particular sconce is an opulent Neoclassic Revival design. The frames are cast brass in a pierced foliate pattern with dolphins flanking a center-positioned urn at the crown of the frame. Each has a beveled mirror and two candle arms with intricate details leading to the candle cups. The ornate drip cup surrounding the candle holder is pierced for hanging ornamental beading if desired.

A beautiful addition to so many room decors, from French Country to European Classical, these are extremely versatile in design and characteristics. It's no wonder many designers sought after them!
